Expert Witness Services for Attorneys
When an online defamation matter is in litigation or headed there, I also work with retaining attorneys as an expert witness — on evidence authentication, platform behavior analysis, anonymous poster identification support, and damages analysis. This is a smaller share of my work than the reputation-focused services above, but it's available for matters that need it.
